Let me start off by saying that this is a strange game, but an enjoyable one to say the least. You play as an islander who is trying to save his girlfriend and the only way to do that is to… use a skateboard. Yeah despite sounding weird it is actually the best part of the game. The games has hard levels to play and is very challenging as well as it progress on. Also, back to the skateboarding, while it is fun and funny to see your character your platforming is drastically changed and you’ll lose a life. Speaking of lives, the game is a pain with them since you only have three to play and no continues… big let down to a good game. Besides that, it is still a fun and enjoyable game to play and more of a challenge to anyone.
I give a 7

Now I don’t usually review Sport video games, but the NES was my childhood and I played some of their sport games and of those there was Ice Hockey. First off, there isn’t much to do except just pick a team like the United States or Canada with the player both big and slim and try to beat your opponent. I for one like the simplicity of the game… I mean nowadays the games, from what I’ve seen, are very complex and monotonous I mean there are modes now with refreshments and when to have Fan Appreciation Day… that is just my opinion. Also, I like how it felt more like playing a fuse-ball like Hockey game and requires less strategy and a bit more gameplay. My only gripe with the game is the graphics aren’t that great and they overuse of the same sprites, but this was back in the NES era so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt.
In the end, I gave this game a 8 for making this game enjoyable to play

Yet another feat my first SNES review and a great one in fact. Before the Paper Mario’s there was one game the made Mario RPG’s so great and that was Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It had Mario in an RPG genre instead of platforming adventures he is usually in. I will say this much, the games story and gameplay is the best especially for the SNES. The game also provides endless hours of playing time with secrets and trials for the most hardcore players. The game also has some of the best NPC dialogue and the main characters are fun to play. Lastly, the game provides the best boss battles I’ve ever play in and get equally harder as it progresses on. My only concern is that the game, like I said before, is very hard to play sometimes and can get frustrating also.
All in all I give this awesome game a 9.5

This is by far the most underrated Pokemon game, in my opinion. It is something completely different than what we seen in other Pokemon games. You play as Todd, expert Pokemon photographer, who is in search Pokemon inwhich he captures them on film rather than a ball. You may think it is boring, but it is actually fun to do. You find Pokemon and take the best picture possible to earn a high score at the end of a course. There are also all kinds of secrets that are awesome and some that are very humorous… I won’t mention them if you haven’t actually played the game. The gripe that I have with this game is that it is far to simple just point and click that is it and the game is short as well which is very disappointing especially with all the different kinds of Pokemon in their universe.
In the end, I would give it a 7.5… but I have a soft spot for Pokemon so I’ll give it an 8

I will say this I was disappointed that the new Paper Mario game wasn’t going to be an RPG because, if you read my reviews, I enjoy playing them. But that soon changed when I first played this game with new concept and gameplay that was new to the Wii. You play as Mario going through all sorts of different world to save a universe in parallel. Along for the ride as well is Peach, Luigi, and even Bowser tags along. As I said before, it has a new concept where it looks like your playing Super Mario Bros. jumping on enemies for points where in return is your level up system. The game also provides that gamer very unique boss battles that get increasingly difficult as the game goes on. On a final note, you are also accompanied by flying helps called pixl’s who use certain powers to help Mario and company. I was upset that this Paper Mario wasn’t what I expected, but it made up with something completely new to the franchise.
I give it a 9
